Refund Policy

At Pizza Man, we strive to ensure our customers are always satisfied with their food and the service we provide. However, we understand that things won't always go as planned and there may be circumstances where you may be eligible for a refund. Our refund policy is outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
(i) 🚫 Non-Delivery:
If an order you have placed with us is not delivered for reasons attributable to Pizza Man (e.g., our delivery personnel is unable to locate your address), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the form of an 🎁 e-gift card or physical gift card.
(ii) 🕒 Excessive Delivery Time:
If your order arrives excessively late beyond the estimated delivery time provided, and such delay is not due to a force majeure event (i.e., event beyond our reasonable control such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the form of an 🎁 e-gift card or physical gift card. "Excessively late" is defined as 1 hour over the initially stated delivery time.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
(i) 👅 Taste and Preference:
We appreciate that everyone's tastes and preferences differ. Meantime, refunds will not always be provided simply because you did not like the taste of the food ordered. However, in certain situations we may refund your complete or part of your order in the form of an 🎁 e-gift card or physical gift card. We also encourage you to provide feedback on the dishes you order to help us improve our food quality and service.
(ii) 🔁 Change of Mind:
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been prepared or is en-route, we are not able to provide a refund.
(iii) Incorrect Delivery Information:
If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect delivery information provided at the time of placing the order, a refund will not be provided.
3. Refunds Via Our Gift Card Resolution Policy
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24–48 hours of the order placement. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the issue so we can promptly assist you.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that individual bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
🎁 Gift Card Resolution Tiers: For refunds determined to be appropriate:
For order issues, we offer Pizza Man gift cards as a gesture of goodwill, based on the value of the problem:
💵 Issues valued $0–$5 → $5 gift card
💵 Issues valued $5–$10 → $10 gift card
💵 Issues valued $10–$15 → $15 gift card
💵 Issues valued $15–$20 → $20 gift card
➕ And so on, increasing in $5 increments
Customers may choose between:
E-Gift Cards (delivered instantly via email)
Physical Gift Cards (delivered by mail, may take 7–10 days longer)

4. Special Circumstances
We value our relationship with our customers and will review exceptional cases on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have a unique situation that warrants a refund, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.

Delivery services are available during our operating hours, which are listed here. Please note that these times may vary during holidays and special events.
2. Minimum Order Value
There is a minimum order value for all delivery orders, the values vary depending on the distance from the restaurant.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders can be canceled within 3-5 minutes of placing the order. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 5 minutes after receiving your delivery.

4. Delivery Safety
Our delivery personnel are trained in no-contact delivery practices to ensure your safety and theirs.

Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. We will do our best to meet these requirements, but please note that our kitchen handles a range of ingredients and we cannot guarantee that our meals are free from certain allergens.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.
