Hero Rewards and sign-up offers

What we offer. Hero Rewards is our free loyalty program. Members get a welcome reward for signing up (currently 50% off an order and a free appetizer), a free dessert on their birthday, 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying orders, and rewards as points add up (currently a $10 reward for every $75 spent and a 40-point bonus every 4 orders). Rewards and perks can change from time to time; the current ones are shown when you sign up and in your account.

Information involved. To join and use Hero Rewards we collect your name, phone number, email address, birthday (if you share it), and your order and reward history. We use this to run the program, apply your rewards, and, if you agree, send you offers.

How to join. Sign up on our website, in the Pizza Man app, or at the in-store kiosk with your phone number. Joining is optional; you can order from us without joining.

How to withdraw. You can leave at any time by emailing contact@pizzamanpizzeria.com or calling (818) 659-6599 and asking us to close your Hero Rewards account. You can also stop marketing emails or texts at any time using the unsubscribe link or reply instructions in each message.

Value of your information. We believe the value of the personal information you share through Hero Rewards is reasonably related to the value of the rewards and discounts we provide. In good faith, we estimate that value to be about equal to the average value of the rewards and discounts a member receives, based on our records of the rewards and discounts we give and what it costs us to run the program. We do not calculate a value for any individual member.
